I was on the hunt for a cheap back-up mod and tracked down an MVP 3 at P-Vaper on a sale for just £25
Ordered on line and it arrived next day, excellent.
Unboxed the Mod, fired up and tested, solid (if lacking a little in the looks department) and ideal for what I wanted.
4 hours later at around 6.30 in the evening the fire button flew off
That evening by 7.00pm I'd sent an email off to P-Vaper. Within half an hour a chap by the name of Ash from P-Vaper telephoned me to apologise and offered to send out a new replacement and refund me p&p to return the broken unit.
Received the replacement within 48 hours.
First class customer service. Well done Ash. Well done P-Vaper
Will be using again for sure.
