Parallel fused/twisted?!

Any chance anyone can tell me what this coil is doing with itself?
I think it's died, the fused Clapton on the right isn't lighting up at all

Make sure ur screws are tight and strum it with screwdriver but only when its not fireing

Yeah I tried that the coil was a dud, rebuilt now and it's firing nicely. 0.10 ohms
