Pfizer recalls all lots of anti-smoking drug over carcinogen presence

I tried Champix years ago and it didn't agree with me. It caused suicidal thoughts and also thoughts of extreme violence towards others. I just stopped taking it because of those reasons. I wonder if it had an long term effect as i am now on Anti depressants for similar but caused through bad events in life.

I also tried Champix , ( and Zyban), and in both cases it caused me to lose a shit tonne of sleep and made me more than a little grumpy.

All I ever hear is horror stories like the ones above. I remember years and years ago when I went to the docs to see about patches or something he was very very reluctant to offer me this.

yeah that's a pretty drastic way to stop smoking.

Seriously, that's all I've ever heard... or it's made them depressed, or physically ill. Thank god we have vaping.
