Have been playing around with this. I wanted a proper church warden stem but couldn't get one, so made do with this. Also found a use for the toy out of my sons kinder egg.

what battery did you use for this?

i was going to make one for my brother, I've only got round to buying a pipe so far, I was going to crack open a small ego battery to use for the innards of the pipe mod........

Yours is what i hope mine will look like! any advice?

The standard for these sort of mods is an enclosed 18350 with ego electronics (you can get them from stealthvape) hooked up for charging

Thanks for the info, the 18350 would go in the bowl presumably? I was going to use a 450mah in the stem with a bit of drilling.

If it was me I'd use either an 18350 or a 16340 in the pipe bowl. At least then you can swap batteries when the other is charging. If you wedge an ego battery in there, its out of use when it needs charging.

Yeah, fair do's, I was planning the easiest possible method as my brother said he'd like one, but I can see him vaping it once then bunging it in a cupboard! Think I'll do a ego battery one for him, then if he uses it for any period of time I'll do him a upgrade!
