I dont spend a lot of time on computers so didnt check in. I can see why such blatent copyright infringement caused such heated responses. Wow. You'd think the commercial signwriter would have been clued up to the legalities. Its one thing to MIMIC a design entirely another to take the whole name.

To be fair the initial infringement should have been the end of it - once it was brought to their attention!

However the flagrant attempts to keep the same name/logo/styling even once they were made aware truly marks them as the very type of people we don't need selling products in this industry. Even the third or fourth contact, then deleting stealthvapes request for HIS product. It went beyond trying to make a fast buck on someone elses name into pure ignorance and greed.

The commercial signwriters will have had nothing to do with it, unless it's a well known (global) brand and logo - how are they to know that the logo being sent for printing isn't theirs to use?
