And so it begins - coming to a government near you any day now. I must admit I was surprised - but pleased - not to see any similar measure in yesterday's budget; somehow I don't think it will be long in coming.

Funnily enough I was thinking the same when listening to the budget and wondered if there would be some sort of tax levied on ecigs
