I've edited that post - and I'll keep it white on black for all my future ones. Only thing is that the links aren't clear - is that ok or is there a good colour for them which would be easy on the eye and still give a contrast?

That looks ok to me.Can,t speak for other people.
possibly yellow for links would be ok.

There are a couple of inks in the first post, you just have to click on the word 'here' and it should take you there

the links are the BBC complaints form and the Department of Health complaints form, that is why those words highlight in yellowy green on the dark scheme

some of us use the white theme. So if you want to go from some people struggling to others being totally unable to see your text then yes, but otherwise white text is a bad idea for anyone that is using the potv white theme

All text is white on black by default on the dark theme, and black on white on the light theme, so if you leave it alone it adjusts automatically. It's only when you copy and paste something you have to watch for colour changes. They can be sorted if you know how to use editor mode, but it can be really difficult if you don't. Links will also auto highlight left to their own devices. I like to use a bit of colour in my signature to make it more eye-catching, but I try to stick to strong midrange hues that will show up on both black and white, yellow is another definite no-no.

I have complained to both the DOH and the BBC regarding this flat out lie. We shall see what the response is. As tax revenues from smoking continue to fall we can expect a lot more of this. Make no mistake smoking more than pays it's way when it comes to public health spending, they never actually wanted people to stop but rather to be seen to be doing something.

Vaping is the first alternative to smoking that really works and they're panicking. I vape because I like it better than smoking. If it were banned tomorrow the first thing I'd do is buy twenty fags and there are thousands like me. Sally is a high ranking government employee, she wants us all back on the fags to keep her on a fat wage packet. She needs to be challenged as do the BBC as an impartial broadcaster (we're forced to pay for) for their failure to correct her.

As a newb to vaping I'm really enjoying it and everything that it has to offer, from the knowledge base here and elsewhere to the amazing products many of us are enjoying today and of course its a great way to give up smoking tobacco!

I just complained to both as well and it would be great if all newbs could do the same as well as sign every petition they can to stop those bureaucratic twats from ruining our lives for no other reason than them being twats.

I've already vaped a load of butterscotch e liquid and I feel healthier than ever! So you can go stick that 'fact' up ur wrinkly bum Dame Sally.

(correction: I don't know whether Dame Sally has a wrinkly bum because I've never seen it, nor would I want to. . . so this is not a factual statement, just an assumption).
