Profile Unity RTA TPD capacity

Hi everyone.
I've just impulse bought a Wotofo Unity RTA from Vapesalesuk, however I've just had a thought. I read that they use a silicone tank reducer to make it 2ml TPD compliant.... can it be removed?

I've been vaping for years but I've not bought a new tank since the TPD came into effect so I'm not sure how people get around this and I'll be damned if I can find anything on youtube or any other websites about removing the silicone reducer.

If someone can just relay their experience with this, I'd be appreciative. Thanks!

Order from Fasttech or another Chinese vendor, guaranteed to be 3.5/5ml version. Comes with the extension chimney. Cheaper than a 2ml version & 7 - 10 days delivery. You need the 5ml unless you enjoy filling up every 5 min[emoji16]

There's a 5ml available so I'm assuming you just need to purchase the larger glass tank separately? Unless you need an extension?

To my knowledge if buying from UK its 2ml fitted with a spare 3.5ml glass and height extender, if from China its 3.5ml with spare 5ml glass with height extender, I got mine from China so are 3.5 / 5ml bit I did see a post on the vapemail thread that someone bought from ecigone and I think it came 3.5/5ml but cant be sure

I'm not sure about other uk vendors but I got mine from sr vapes. 3.5ml with the 5ml extension. Probably cheaper from China but it was a good price and got here next day

The Profile Unity RTA’s tank capacity varies among 2ml, 3.5ml, and 5ml. To comply with the TPD regulation, a 2ml version is made for Britain, and the other TPD version contains a silicone tank reducer to turn 3.5ml into 2ml for compliance. You can also get a 3.5ml tube for the 2ml version, and a 5ml tube for the 3.5ml version.

Yep, that was me & it did indeed come as the 3.5ml version with 5ml glass & chimney extender.

The one you got from ecigone, did it come with a nicotine warning on it, and the glass was it clear glass or frosted plastic that came fitted ? This is the box from China one

Nice one yeah great tanks loving mine got 2, yeah just looked on ecigone and they say comes with 5ml expansion tube option, got the wicking spot on now
