0.11 on an unregulated mod is a no no.
I would go back to the shop and make, make a complaint to the manager and as for a refund.
Take a look on steam engine and read up on ohms law before using a mech again.
Buy a regulated mod and try your tank and coils on that for several months until you have a better understanding of ohms and what wattage you want to vape on.

Double checked the readings on brand new coil master, that’s what it’s telling me

Im guessing you have an 18650 battery in your coil master, the 3.16 will be the voltage of the battery...

John I am no expert but you do realise you a dealing with an unregulated mod dont you? That means if the batteries are pushed too much then it could explode in your face and you will be picking your teeth up with tweezeers. There is no safety feature to stop you from pushing the device past its limits, there is no cut off for taking a long drag on it which could cause heat and battery issues and you really need to know ohms law so you know how to use the battery with the right resistance correctly. If not you're going to have a bad time. I have a semi regulated mech mod but its a mech mod with training wheels. I still have to know stuff but I cant push the battery as protection kicks in if I do. Please be safe.

Don’t want to spend a fortune
