ive only tried a few so no expert on salts but they are more suited to lower wattage so mtl otherwise you will get a serious head rush especially with 20mg as they are so smooth.
best wait for regular users to explain better than me.

You're not kidding! I bought a Nic salt the first time I tried a short fill and accidentally got some on my fingures. I licked it off without thinking and whoah, I felt really whoosy for about half hour.

Since then I've also found out Nic salt is bad for sub ohm coils so now I stick to regular Nic shots.
