Hi guys,

Looking for advice on the best RBA for a beginner.

Haven't made any coils yet so looking for something to start with.

Currently have a MVP and SVD and other VW's but think the lowest they will go is about 1 ohm if i'm right.

Just want some advice of a decently priced RBA to start with. If you know anybody selling any good ones in the classifieds please let me know too. May be looking for a swap for my SVD.

Thanks guys.

I started with a kayfun, easy to build on and get right after a few goes, and watching YouTube videos.

For a dripper I have a TOBH which is great for flavour, but the dominator might be more up your street. No screws just push down connectors that open the posts for your coils.

If you want a dripper then something like an Igo L might be a good choice. If you want a tank then I agree, a kayfun style would be a good choice.

What would be the benefits of a dripper? I always thought they were a bit inconvenient for a daily vape. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm new to this side of things.

I just want to be more in control of my device and not have to rely on ready made 'disposable' atomisers.

Drippers kick ass compared to rta's, the flavour and vapour production are way more intense! Also they're a really good place to learn about coiling and wicking because they're easier to take apart to see what's going on.
They can be a little inconvenient because you have to carry your juice separately but i only takes a few seconds to drip then you're ready to vape.

I was in a similar situation to you a few months back. I was going through new heads in my nautilus every few days. So I bought a little dripper, then a Kayfun clone. Now I only use rebuildables.

Say that due to some disaster you were faced with only using one attie for the next 12 months, what would it be? RTA or RDA?

Depends what you'd like to spend if you can get one a v1 stattqualm squape but not a cloned version as it's quite possibly the worst knock off RBA you could buy. Grab a genuine one and you've got a fab well engineered simple to build on flavour machine

When I was researching this a couple of weeks ago There seemed to be a consensus that kayfuns were good and the igo-l was among the easiest drippers to learn to build on.
I decided on 2 kayfuns and a tobh dripper because it was more flexible than the igo-l and is always seems to be on the list when people ask about best RDA.
I like the tobh so much that I have not vaped anything else since putting a coil in it.
I am sure the kayfuns will be good too but after spending the previous couple of weeks of experimenting with coiling my protanks I am for the moment enjoying the simplicity of my dripper.

The one thing I should have bought sooner was a kayfun, I wasted cash on crap non rebuildable tanks, I could have bought 2 genuine kayfuns.
There ends today's advice.
