My first dripper was a piece of useless chinese stainless steel,the original air holes were just below the end of the drip tip so no matter how big I made the air holes made no difference to its vapour production as the air was way above the coils(if it's possible to describe them as way above in a dripper the size of a sewing thimble)This convinced me that drippers weren't for me and I continued using various genesis style atomizers.I got bored,and had been sent a sample of Voodoo Wool(4 mm)which wouldn't fit in any of my gennys so I got out the electric drill & the dripper.I used the drippers airflow controller to close off the original holes,and drilled 2 new holes right beside the dual coils.Primed with a 50/50 mix juice,I fired it up & the result was monster clouds & huge flavour,plus a nicotine headache from my usual 18 mg juice.Over the next few weeks I found myself using the shit dripper more and more,but eventually it was leaking the drips of juice straight down the centre post(I melted the plastic/silicon insulator thingy)the two negatives were /I\ like that and I'd seen/watched/read reviews on the W3 so bought one.My first few attempts at building a quad coil were a right mess,and frustrating as hell with a perfectly created coil pushing the opposite coil out,popping a coil as soon as power was applied,the screws cutting the coil wire,my 30A battery not being man enough to power the 4 coils(wasn't actually the battery,was resistance build-up in the contacts on the Kylin)but I continued swearing like a tourettes sufferer until I'd finally built a workable quad.Stuffed in a few wisps of cotton wool,primed with some 10 mg(lesson learned from the shitty chinese dripper,drop nic)juice,and started vaping the W3...unfortunately,I've some kind of bug now so can't tolerate even the mildest throat hit without coughing up both lungs,but the W3 with the air control set to wide open is all I've used since I received it last week.I found a review of the W3 where they'd built it with vertical coils(mine were nanocoils horizontally)so ripped the coils out & set about building it with vertical coils.I had mastered the building so instead of taking me a full day,it was down to about 4-5 hours but I had the chinese dripper to vape on whilst I built it and about 4 hours later,success.Stuffed in 2 sausages of cotton,looped from one coil to the other and primed it with my juice,result was definitely worth the frustration.With the vertical coils,I can simply pull out the old wicks,and stuff 2 more pieces in when I want to change flavour which takes minutes so I've spent all yesterday swapping between banana/cola/pineapple/aniseed+lemon/aniseed+menthol and back to banana or whatever.I just wish this fecking bug would hurry up and depart to infect someone else so I can go crank up the W3's capability to produce clouds of tasty vapour.

Thanks everyone for your inputs. Think I'm going to go for the UD AGI. Like it was mentioned, hit two birds with one stone. Now to either wait for one to pop up in the classies or search for a vendor.

U could even consider trying the baby octopus.. Since its ur first attempt at RDA. Its smaller than other RDAs n added to that, the small air hole makes sure u Dont feel its too much air.. Costs less than 10 n works well.. If u think the airflow s too restricted.. U can use any pointed thingy to pry it open a Lil bit.. The metal is soft enough.. Got t from VaperCaper if interested!

Brought Daz' Igo-L off him and it arrived today. All I've got to say is 'fuck' the W3. I love RDA's!! Wrapped a 1.3 ohm coil (I only have the MVP v2 and Vamo v5 atm), stuck some DIY Lemon and Lime on ... Clouds for my current experience 10, flavour 10. Lovely jubbly

Don't make any hasty decisions about the W3 yet buddy, give it 2/3 months tops before your thinking of sticking some funky builds in there lol

I have no intentions of ever getting the W3 again lol. I have no intentions of doing quad coils. Dual coils yeah definitely but not quad. I'll get the Igo-W in the future.
