Yeah it can b done. I've used an igo w rda on an ego battery b4, not the best tbh but will work.

Drippers will work OK on your spinner. Just remember that a spinner battery hasn't got loads of 'oomph' so, to get the best when using a spinner/dripper combo, help it out a bit by keeping the resistance of your coils at around 1.5-2.0 ohms.

cheersm8 was spot on like he said help it out a bit with the ohms and make sure if you buy an igo l/w drill them holes out! otherwise its basket ball through a straw
