Recipe ideas from this little lot?

Oh and if you are wondering about the presence of some of the weirder ones and why on earth I have two different types of clove....

Five-spice powder - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

a future project for sometime in the new year ;)

I have tried Clove in eliquid and the only advice I can give is put it in the grocery cupboard or pour it down the sink. It shouldn't be allowed near eliquid.

Of the rest, I have made something similar to Hazelnut, Maple Syrup and Raisin. Very nice when added to tobacco.

When I first got the FlavourArt Clove I made up a quick sample at 5% flavour 0mg nic to see what it tasted like, I was expecting it to be revolting but was actually pleasantly surprised. It is a fairly gentle clove flavour which is why I picked up an Inawera one as well, as an ingredient in an oriental mix I felt I needed something with a bit more oompf. I haven't tried the Inawera one yet so I can't comment on that.

Admittedly I only used it once, trying a tiny amount in my tobacco mix and found it completely overpowering.

There's plenty of oompf in the Inawera Clove ;) well for me anyway, but I don't how it compares to the FA one.

Not sure if the grape would work with cinnamon, clove and nut mix for a mulled wine effect?

Caramel, rum raisin and chilli could come out nice. Or taste like last week's underpants.

Do let us know :D
