red hot spits of juice in my mouth??!

Hi all. Just rebuilt my igo l. Pretty much sorted everytime now but I just done it to find red hout spits of juice keep shooting on to my tongue. Everything looks ok and its reading 1.7 ohms. Anyone know whats causing this?

What battery/mod are you using? Are you using variable voltage/wattage?

A vamo in mini mode. Kind of got me stumped cause its never happened before

What voltage are you vaping at? It's happened to me on a mechanical mod with a fresh battery. I read you shouldn't use a freshly charged battery on a newly built coil (think it can cause hot spots and maybe spitting? ) so try a lower voltage setting till the coil beds in a bit.

Try firing the coil for a second or two before inhaling, that way any excess juice that would spit would of done it also after a few days use the coils will settle in.
if the problem persists maybe just recoil it again

I had this happen to me the other day using a Vamo with a Vivi Nova on top. I usually clean the Vivi by taking it apart and soaking it all in hot water for an hour, give it a clean then let it dry overnight. I'd just re-fitted it when it happened so I put it down to a spot of water being in there and i'd maybe not let it dry long enough. (I was desperate to try a new juice).

Interesting to see that I might have assumed wrong.
