I'm sticking my neck out here and predicting that after May 2016, you will be able to post on your blog, with a wry (maybe even relieved?) smile, "It came, it went, it didn't effect me"
With these regulations, along with all statutory regulations, implementation is entirely dependant upon interpretation.

Having taken part in your survey it was interesting to see the final data. Many thanks.
I don't agree with you though that a - 17 year old smoker for two years wishing to quit should be allowed to buy e-cigs.
18 is a fair enough minimum age IMO.
Pragmatically, if kids want to smoke fags or to vape then they will but maybe it serves us better to support the age 18 minimum.
Good blog though, keep up that work.
