Review of the Oddy Clone (Hereby named "Norman") from Stealthvape

I'm not very experienced..couple months.. so not much to compare with.. but i just got an "oddy" from a US store. its the same, i think, ..its a nauti oddy.
Anyhow.. i like it compared to aga-s. The aga-s: i did my first ss wick[ i also made a ss wick plug instead of leaky air hole.. and it works!]
The oddy/nauti is differently nice. It worked straightaway.
I believe you can screw the mouth piece in or out for tank-on, tank-off.
Sorry if you more exp peeps already used to that kind of gadgetry, i skimmed the thread and didnt see a ref to it.
I am going to see how portable and how leaky it is and i'll post results.
I can't see how it would tank-leak if closed...but it certainly leaked [at connector] when "open" and full [of juice]
That would matter to me as i like portability...In fact i also got a tiny 22mm carto which fits inside the box of an affordablemods 2*aa boxmod.....which then fits in my pocket with my loose change....oh and its good...better than a tidy10 and as good as a boge 35mm lr...marvellous.

sorry just read vern's post.. ignore me read his
i must not post after pub

Oh yea ..but I think you should leave 1 or 2 or 0 o rings on top funnel depending on juice gloopiness. They might help prevent leaks....checking.....

its never a hassle mr zt. only too glad to help

Have you any tips for stopping the odd gurgle you get on refilling ? sometimes it floods

I'm working on that one:-)

it works like this...the juice control MUST be closed when refilling else it'll flood as the inside is slightly pressurised.

but, the negative wire trapped below the locking ring means there is a small gap...so most of the time I'm vaping happy even with the juice control fully closed, because of that small gap where the negative wire prevents the locking ring going fully closed.

there are alternative methods to trapping the negative wire, but i havent found a reliable one yet....you can twist it around the wick leg, but it gives me inconsistent ohms readings like this, so maybe I am doing it wrong.
For now, I just make sure my juice control is closed, fill up to the tank height and slowly close the top cap and top ring thingy. Works for me

Yep ive noticed that .. its defo the small gap caused by the neg wire ...

this thinkg could do with a bottom filling hole like the Kayfun light I reckon

Thanks Vern. I have found my oddy a bit leaky and fiddly so appreciate the video. Am going to try the o ring mod you suggest. Think my leaks are to do with he bits at the base not being correctly positioned and not tight enough.
Do you happen to know if an oddy is exactly the same as a nauti? Because if so, I want to get a clear tank from ivapour [which is for a "nauti"]....OR do you sell them?
