Review - SS VAMO V2 - vapeescape.co.uk

Your post count suddenly makes a lot of sense :D

I'll get the link for the spring, mind this only seems to affect the SS models

I have an obsession with trying to acknowledge nearly every post made on the forum. Problem is, since just before Christmas, I can barely keep up!

Doing some behind the scenes stuff as well is drastically dropping my average which stood at 42 posts per day :P

It was a lot more than that on UKV at one point when people over there still :lovesign:'ed me :D

I have one and have to say it is brilliant VFM and really functions well. I put the 18650 tube away - it looks like Princes Leia's vibrator and constantly falls over. In 18350 set up though it is more stable and pocketable and PWM ensures the battery life isn't too bad. The down sides are - it is far from light and the skirt hole / drip well o/d is a little too small.

Brilliant value though and I will probably get another one.

Did you resolve the 'heat' thing? Was it due to a poor connection?

You answered as I was typing the above..... I prized my spring to about 20% longer and - no problems at all.

Another common sense tip. Don't drop the cap on the floor of a busy pub as the spring easily pops out and it's a bugger to find :D

And dont drop it on a hard floor, as the component housing will separate from the battery housing and its not threaded (should be!) but it's not!

Thats what it seemed like to me. The OH dropped it and when he picked it up, it was a leaning tower of Vamo. Tried Unscrewing (no go) tried pulling (no go) so I popped off the tank and shoved it against the wall and it popped back into place.

My chrome plated one did it until I replaced the spring mate
