I think he's great. Behind his over the top youtube persona is a guy that can build a decent coil. IMO he was one of the few 'builders' on youtube that make building tutorials very easy to follow, every step of the way.
Whats sets this chap apart is that he doesn't bore your tits off with a load of super self ego boosting and very twattish facts,fugures,charts, showing negligible, pointless 'readings variations' and he NEVER goes off camera to do parts of a build that he can't really do.

I've learned a lot from Rip Trippers. He makes me laugh sometimes. Some of his videos good, some I can't stand watching. Like the one that automatically plays when u load his YouTube :/

I've decided that where reviewers/styles come in,if I want to know something,I search google & if the result takes me to RipTrippers I'll just sigh loudly & get set to have my ears assaulted.The biggest plus to his videos is they aren't an eternity long,rarely contain useless information although I've discovered he can be wrong recently.

I like Rip Trippers. If a videos longer than 10 minutes it best be relatively entertaining/interesting and he nails that for me, hes off his tits so I enjoy watching his vids.

However a few other popular reviewers (won't name any names) video's I find so god damn drawn out and boring I've fallen asleep numerous times watching them on my laptop in bed, there is a lot of 'woff' reviewers on youtube, ones where they draw the videos out to 30 mins for a single mech, or they follow the same monotonous script in every video to the point where it seems all they do when talking about a device, is say the same thing about every other device but change the names when applicable.

I also like to watch Grimm Green's reviews as it's all pretty much what you see is what you get without all the woff.
