Screw your KFL on with pliers (be sure to wrap a cloth around the KF) and the o ring will slowwwly 'pop' over the half a screw you have left....I cant even figure out how to get the o-ring out

It will still work fine BUT you might have a slight voltage drop - if that doesn't bother you then fine but I like to get every ounce out of my battery
that I can.
