Royal Mail lift ban on E-Liquid?

Make nice with your postie! Last guy I had was a star, he'd literally chase me down the street to get me a package! New guy I had issues with, but since talked to him and explained about the recycling bin as a 'safe place' so unless it's marked for signing or as valuable, he just bins them and lets me rummage in the cardboard instead of hitting the PO (I work horrid hours so it's a PITA to collect from them).

If there was any doubt sorry forgot to post this

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your below e-mail with regards to sending e-cigarette product through the Royal Mail Network, the products can be sent but there are guidelines that are to be adhered to:
The e-cigarette can be shipped but the guidelines that are to be adhered to would depend on the type battery that powers the device, I have attached a copy of the Royal Mail Dangerous Goods Customer Guidance Booklet and the details guidelines on batteries start on page 9 through to page 24.
With regards to the e-cigarette liquid the guidelines areas follows:
If the nicotine concentrates of 5% or less this CAN be sent with Royal Mail. This is because the e-liquid at this percentage is not classified as a dangerous product. Where the nicotine concentrate is over 2.5% but 5% or less an Irritant GHS Hazard Warning Label (as illustrated in the attachments) must be applied to the outer parcel packaging and must be clearly visible and unfortunately we at Royal Mail do not supply the labels. No such label is required where the nicotine concentrated is 2.5% or less.
The liquid must be sent under the following guidelines on page 28 under the heading "Liquids over 1 Litre" paying attention to the line about sending Internationally as the maximum volume permitted is up to 1 litre. There are also different mail sizes that are used by Royal Mail which you may find useful when sending your goods please use the below links for further information:
