RTA or RDA for first mech mod?

Hi folks taking the plunge at the end of the week into mechs, mods and rebuildables. I will be buying off the site below simply because I dont think I can find it all any cheaper in the UK.

It looks like I'm going to jump on the Nemesis SS, 0.8x0.1mm Ribbon Wire, Sony VTC5, 18490 Efest and an Efest Dual Charger.

What I'm wondering is is there a significant difference in difficulty between building on an RDA and an RTA. I really would prefer to just build a coil and pop in some juice into a tank for convenience with the RTA but is it harder than the prior?

I'm very tempted by the Fogger V3/V4 but from what I understand the V4 is better suited for dual coil builds so for a noob which you you recommend and what wick from the choices available on that site would be best.

Well I'm fairly sure that the Fogger will be genuine, along with the batteries and charger. I wont be using the kick much so that isn't really a problem and from what I've read the Nemesis clones are pretty damn good. The wire and wick are convenient extras which will save a few bob too.
