I totally understand, but not everyone agrees with the next person. Unfortunately that's the way the world is. When I started my mech journey I was told many different things about what to build. And I totally understand there isn't room for mistakes but as long as you don't abuse them I believe it's safe.

The only way to test real voltage is underload with a fresh battery, your not getting near maximal voltage of 4.2v.

I use a Fluke multimeter to measure voltage underload with a given mech/RDA/resistance its gives a real representation, it's how I've come to use 3.7v in my calculations. If you have a problem with that, that's cool.

With a parallel mech the Amp load is shared so you'll probably find the voltage drop is reduced - based on guesswork only and no way of verifying my accuracy I'd say the voltage you'd get from a parallel pair of good high Amp batteries would be around 3.9V.

I'm not disagreeing with your comments, and 3.7V seems about right from a good fully charged 21700. I just think it's my turn to argue over the colour of piss.
