After only being at this a few weeks I wondered if people had an opinion on juices we all use and there content.

Are some known to better than others? I don't mean flavour wise but content of the juice you vape being more natural and containing ingredients that are safe.

I appreciate that vaping has not been classified as ' safe' by anyone nor has it been classified as ' unsafe'. But with so many people trying to make a quick buck these days how do we know what we are vaping is all good?

I would consider myself lucky to have found potv, the vendors here and other members in my short stay. However how many people are buying off market stalls and god knows where thinking the ingredients they are vaping are the real deal and safe?

I tend to keep buying from the vendors with reputations for high quality liquids :) places like cloud9 Vaping, halo purity, decadent vapours.however I suppose there is no real guarantee of the quality of what you're getting unless u can test it somehow.mixing kits might be a good idea, with good quality ingredients it would be easier on the mind knowing what is going into your eliquids plus cheaper in the long run! these are only my opinions :) I'm no pro vaper lol

I agree, buying on line through recommendations on forums and reputation is the way forward.

I have been to 3 shops in the NW in the last 3 months and the juice they have sold me at all 3 has been poor ( not necessarily made with poor ingredients ) to say the least and the crap spoken over the counter is mind blowing from the shop owners to new vapers. With this in mind god knows what happens on Sunday markets!

It would be amazing if there were not some requirements for testing and basic QA after the MHRA implements its decisions next year.

We do have some brilliant folks who sell on the markets here too, but they care enough to come onto forums like ours and get involved. I've not been lucky enough to come across a bricks and mortar vaping shop or stall yet but as I mix my own I know what goes into my stuff. I guess there is always going to be folks trying to squeeze that extra bit of profit out of their liquids by watering it down but they should all be following the correct procedures (chip compliance and other stuff that escapes me when my eyes have only been open for a couple of minutes!).

ECITA does test vendors juice, I know its a process and I am not sure how many vendors are tested, I think ECITA may have a list.

As for better quality, I have found juices to be hit and miss. A premix I bought, I hated, but when I mixed it myself, I LOVED it.

There is a bricks and mortar shop in Belper about 20 minutes from me that a few people have visited at work, so may have a ride out this weekend and take a look, not sure what it is called but I will find out, we also have the kiosk style shop in the Westfield and I have been told they are selling juice but again have not seen first hand

I have had one juice (which Im not naming coz I think it was a one off) give me an absolute BANGING headache on every draw .. but it was a juice ive used a lot of times before without issues .. I suspect a bad batch.

my advice .. is something doesnt feel right or causes headaches/nausea/Broken bones/Typhoid or Death ... put it at the back of the cupboard and dont use it.

Im considering buying a Nic test kit to test this particular bottle .. just to see if its been mixed incorrectly.

As has been said there have Been no long term studies but if you do your research you will find some vendors use better quality ingredients than others.
