I use the envy 500g too I find the auto shut off long enough I've never had them turn off on me. Got mine here

I got these "On Balance MYCO MZ 600 Mini Pocket Jewellery Kitchen Digital Scales Weigh Scale Machine 600g x 0.1g" from Amazon for £5.80 del & breezed through my first mixing session. Using eJuice calculator just worked down the list adding what was required. Found it easier to switch off & on between ingredients as this tared the scales & left enough time before they timed out. Because they only do to 0.1 I just rounded up/down the weights as .05 is neither here nor there.

I nicked my mates ...... Scales. Seem to do the job OK just mixed 4 bottles of juice. I found if I weigh the empty bottle and add that to the vg it doesn't matter about the scales turning off as it takes a while to syringe out the bottle then I just tare between the flavours. Works pretty well tbh. Would mind calibrating them though, should say they've been bashed about his car abit

these seem to be the most popular choice on a fb mixing group I'm a member of.

Ordered these scales due to this thread, scales arrived today, nice quality and seem to be very accurate plus can go up to 500g for larger mixes, thanks Kermit!!!!
