Scottish mini meet - Edinburgh

Hi Guys and Girls
Count me in and 1 more guaranteed with a possible 2 more to confirm.
I was in the shop the other day talking about the meet and have a few ideas of where to have the venue.
The sooner we can get an idea of numbers we can then look at a possible venue as no point in booking something for say 100 people if only 30 are turning up.
I would need to check to see if they were vaper friendly as well and do we just want a area to have a drink or do we want food to be laid on as well (if we do there may be a cost involved) and for how long would we want the venue for ?
If you can let me know what you think of the above over the next few days I will then have a look around and give you a idea of what our possible options are.

I have not, as yet, advertised the mini-meet at the shop which could bring a number of other people along too. That and our Facebook page.
Depends whether or not you want to just meet up with vapers from the forum or meet with potential vapers for the forum !
