Scratchy tickle on th

Something’s definitely not right if you’re having to drip into the stock coil tank.

Could be a slight allergic reaction, I know that some “blue” (berries of a sort) flavours can irritate my throat and left with a itchy throat, also dragons blood can do it too me also.

I also can be able to vape after with no problem but I get later an itch in the back of the throat

It could be. Does it taste alright? Have you used it before? It could even be a flavour concentrate in it that doesn’t agree with you. Or any of the things @red5 suggested.
No I've not used it before, I've used another flavour from same brand for ages. And yes, it taste absolutely fine. I mean, I don't like the flavour much but it deffinatley doesn't taste bad burnt or wrong in any way. It's just really annoying going from smooth vaping to having this annoying tickle.

Then maybe you just need to turn the power down a bit.
My coil is rated 35-40w n I only have it on 35. I've just been dripping 2 drops directly on to coil and it's vaping fine without the tickle feeling. So is it safe to assume that the juice is ok and I'm getting a very very slight on the verge of a dry hit?

I would say it’s safe to assume that, aye. It’s probably the case that your coil can’t wick the liquid well enough because it’s too thick.

Yes the wicking can not keep up for the usual reasons, power too high, juice too thick, or drawing too frequently, too long or too hard.
I have done it on rta as a temp measure till I could sort out the wicking.

I think you may well understand what is going on.
Your mistake is thinking your wattage is ok because it is in the range of the coil.
With your juice and vaping style it is not.

Is it possible that my Atlantis evo coil works /wicks better in my Atlantis evo tank then it does in my eleaf melo 3 mini? I know that might sound stupid as it's the same coil but maybe it just performs better in my evo? Because I'm using a diff flavour, same brand and same 80vg in evo tank with no probs.
