What's new

Sh*tty attitude from a vendor

not used them so i guessed wrong :)
hope it gets sorted soon for you mate as its the principal of the matter.

On a kind of related note but to
show how it should be done.

I ordered from a site while the TPD sales were on. 100ml of one juice and 200 ml of a another kind for 30 quid.
My order turned up and only the 100ml was there. I opened my email so I could start chasing etc. and already had an email sat there direct from the owner of the company.
Basically he was really apologetic and owned up to being overwhelmed on the cut off day and they had mis sold quantities.
He offered me the 20 quid refund there and then or as a good will gesture I could have credit in the form of a gift card equalling double the amount I was owed!

They appear to be unaware of the old adage
"The customer is always right"

As a tightwad I hate to pay delivery charges for anything bought onliner, but presume that free delivery for a certain amount spent is built into the vendors margins....maybe the reason I end up with so much cheap tat

Are they based in Wales ?

Not sure where theyre based! But they were heavily mentined over the TPD sale period, Also prior to this as they stocked juices that where hard to come by.

B and V
Did you get the younger B or the older?
I've had the pleasure too.....
Funnily when I asked for the audit trail I got an immediate refund :-)

Not sure if its the same vendor, I mentioned it above - Bangin Vapes. Where they the ones you had issues with?

Contrast that with Red Vape, who emailed me that some of my items were out of stock.

A couple of emails later, and I left it to them to make up my order with any other items I'd ordered.

I'd ordered 22 bottles, and 22 bottles turned up.

After reading that, I really want to know what company it is- so I can remember to avoid them and others can too. EDIT: I see you have mentioned them. They won't be getting my custom.

No matter what the price of the extra item was, you payed for it, and it took you over the £25 for free delivery. Many places I have dealt with in the past have actually said to me if I add something extra, I will get free delivery. They seem to care about customers, and those are the types of places I want to support.

Even local takeaways do the same thing when you phone them. If you need to spend an extra say £1 for the delivery, they tell you, even if the delivery costs more than the extra £1 item would.

I hope you get a refund through paypal ASAP, and steer clear from these people in the future.

EDIT: I forget the name of the place I got my efusion from as I think they are no longer trading, but they was fantastic.
I had a Wismec DNA200 on preorder when there was the screen shortage and the RX200 came out, and after a week their shipment turned up- of RX200's.
The person was very apologetic, and offered to refund me with extra on top for having my money for some time. I ended up going for the Efusion, and he sent me a free £25 replacement Li-Po, a bottle of premium juice, and a £10 drip tip.
Also, he kept in regular contact, going so far as to phone me with updates on what was happening. That was a fantastic company, and I am sad that I forget its name.

Open case with Paypal.
I have 2 things I always do, regardless of £s value
Good service I contact on social media or email and thank them and tell them I appreciate the great service.

Bad service I tell them and if I'm owed I claim it, no matter how small they amount on principle
