I have 2 things I always do, regardless of £s value
Good service I contact on social media or email and thank them and tell them I appreciate the great service.
Bad service I tell them and if I'm owed I claim it, no matter how small they amount on principle
That is a good point, and many people forget about it now, that is giving a company feedback, wether good or bad online.
We have all come to expect good service from vendors, which we should, but it is always worth giving them a quick thank you for this, and passing this on to friends who may buy from them in the future.
The same goes for a bad service. Sometimes even good companies mess up, and if you don't tell them, they may not be aware. A good company would welcome all feedback from their customers, even if it isn't good. Once they know of any issues, they can stop this from happening in the future.
A bad company on the other hand will either ignore what you say, be rude, or simply not care.
Shops (not vaping, all shops) used to get known for their customer service at their B&M places. Good shops would spread through word of mouth, and have customers thank them personally, while bad shops would be avoided and also be told by customers of their poor service.
Just because we now mainly order things online I don't think this should change- a good place deserves praise from customers, while a bad one the opposite.
