I suspect that's a TPD phenomenon, you could always order one of these to see

I've heard those are identical to the bundled bottles tbf.

Plus, mine was obtained before the hoohah came up recently about squonk bottles counting as a tank.

And going off the physical dimensions of the bottle, which fills the available space in the mod, to get 4ml inside the walls and base would have to be under 0.25mm thick - which with silicone would make suckback and stuff almost non existent.

So far the merlin is a flavour machine and it looks cracking on the coral but the deck is both fiddly and vague. You get three airflow adapters, not the advertised two (1mm, 1.2mm & 2mm which is two airflow holes) but they are press fit and don't click home solidly.
The question is, does the flavour make up for the faff

How is it on everything except flavour?

Like does it wick well, just how much of a faff to build, leaks - does it just work once you've got your air chosen?

Some tiny semi-mech action today. SCV pistachio no10 in the vapeshell. .8ohm. Wonderful and silly at the same time :)

This arrived today and although it's not the best looking tank around it is a bloody good MTL vape!! The airflow is grand with quite a few options the flavour is brilliant and the drip tip is really comfortable. This one is most definitely a keeper and I can see me getting another one soon. It's the Alladin by Kees.

Zero leaks over night, yes it's a faff but those familiar with the dvarw mini will be in familiar territory. My concerns with the press fit have abated a little as the pei chamber holds everything in place but it's still more complex than the kayfun lite.
Flip side is the flavour really is at the pinnacle of what's possible. Possibly too good for those who like strong liquids as it packs a punch.
I am impressed still and it looks really smart. Wicking has been seemless using plain old muji and anyone who know me knows I chain vape. That said, I'm using manabush (as ever) so I can't comment on vg levels above 50% yet.
Oh it also delivers the crackly vape many love.

I am a fan too (also owner of a Dvarw 16) so it ticks my boxes.
Only downside for me is that it gets hot very fast so not for chain vaping.
I never had leaking issues with it.

I've been looking at those for a pipe. Even stuck one in my basket but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
