It is authentic Delrin® or is it clone material/generic POM?

Delrin® is a registered trademark of Dupont. I bet they haven't used the real stuff.

I imagine it's probably a clone material considering China's entertaining interpretation of copyright/registered trademarks. Personally I'm not particularly bothered if it is genuine Delrin as long as it is a good quality plastic.

Having said that I'm a cheap bastard and will play the waiting game - if the price drops once the new product premium is no longer relevant I'll probably pick up the black version. If not - its another mod I can live without.

While we are talking about plastics.... I was watching this the other day. I don't know how suitable it would be for making mod 'blocks' but we could definitely make drip tips like this... and other accessories maybe.

I have contacted them and they said it's not a dna board inside,70usd for a piece of plastic with crappy board inside,no thanks

Am loving mine. Great little mod for out and about.

While we are talking about plastics.... I was watching this the other day. I don't know how suitable it would be for making mod 'blocks' but we could definitely make drip tips like this... and other accessories maybe.

The more 3d printed mods and plastic mods im seeing at the 300 plus marker i cant help thinking what great value for money the dani boxes are, just such a quality feel to them.

Have any of you thought the original actually might be the clone?
Hear me out..........
The boards display and functionality mirror's the DNA60 board but with no usb on the original how would folk actually be able to tell?
They could open it up of course but would you risk that on a £270+ purchase?

And just to add..... with the exception of temp control performance why would it make that much difference if its a dna or not if you can't plug it into escribe and play around with it?
