I'm unsure whats going on with the 20. came this close to buying one but this thing with the firing button has put me on hold until the issues are sorted.

Apparently 4 of the vendors are recalling them but not the manufacturer.... hmmm...mine seems fine.

Supposedly, the button isn't isolated and touching jewelry to it can cause it to short?

I seem to remember reading that any metal between the switch and the body will cause it to short out, and could cause the battery to vent... was somewhere on here I believe!

That's right also using low ohms/sub ohm causes the spring on the bottom pin to get hot and or arc to the top pin, I've had mine a wee while now and its been flawless, just be careful
