I have indeed. We need to get lots of comments in their moderation queue, as the mirror article on the same didn't allow comments. We all know how the legacy media doesn't really like to publish comments that don't fit with their agenda.
I am already badgering them on twitter.
My comment was as follows:
1. It's NOT smoking, its vaping. So the title of the article is incorrect. There is no smoke, either first hand, or the scary (made up fear) second hand smoke.
2. GP Dr Daisy Bennett is clearly an idiot. Is she that stupid that she thinks adults don't like nice flavours as well? That is the biggest attraction vaping has for current smokers, the range of flavours available. She is quite clearly a fully paid up member of the ANTZ lobby. In fact a quick Google of her name shows that she is actually a political activist via the British Medical Association, which is at best a doctors union and doesn't deserve the respect given to it. Perhaps she should concentrate on fixing poorly people rather than flapping her gums and making herself look stupid.
