in fairness the American vape scene is full of hipsters and hipsters are a cancer on the arsehole of humanity. Many of them do enjoy gaping.... its the only explanation for the 6 foot wide earlobes. the slightly echoey nature of their voice could be explained by having their heads lodged inside their own gaping orifice
