What's new

Smoant Pasito

lol, it's tiny compared to a VT inbox! ... I'll post some pictures up later, I was surprised how small it was when I opened the box. :D I was expecting it to be bigger. ... it's not short, but it's super narrow and thin.
Maybe some of these reviewer's have tiny hands then [emoji23]
I do quite like the look of it, I'll give you that. Restricted lung ? I like the fact you can change the wattage and that it's consistent unlike the nord where the vape drops of as the battery depletes

Good luck with that. Just don't get as over-excited as I clearly was when I posted the thread! :D
I got over-excited last night ... when the Sky box finally died ... I haven't been a subscribed for over a year now, think they finally noticed and sent a zap down from their Deathstar.
Anyway, perfect time to replace the 10 year old Panasonic TV too I thought ... nope ... the wife sent me a Messenger text this morning saying not to buy anything until she's run her eye over my options list.

I think the trust has gone from our relationship. That's pretty much terminal isn't it? I only bought the bloody TV so she could see every sequin on Strictly ...

I've not tried the DTL coil yet, I can just about DTL inhale on this 1.4ohm with the air wide open but it doesn't feel loose enough to do it really for me.

It's not like a tiny little pod device but compared any any single 18650 mod (or small built in battery mod) it's smaller and much lighter.... and there's no tank on top. So I suppose it depends what you are comparing it too.

It's got a 3ml tank with proper replaceable coils, so the pod itself is like 4 times the size of a JUUL pod or something... but I don't think it's really fair to compare it to that.

You wouldn't fit an 18650 inside it so, to me that's small. :D

The Sky box might be terminal ......... but that just sounds like a lady who knows most blokes can't tell one sequin from another ....... ;)

I wanted something small to slide in a back pocket of my jeans when I was out [...] but it's not really any smaller than my VT inbox.

Definitely fits in your back pocket. Even fits in a shirt pocket without making you look like you don't know how to put a shirt on (due to weight of mod)! It's 93 grams filled up - 2/3 of my mobile's weight.

The body is slightly taller than the inbox, but you don't need an RDA on top :P All other measures are significantly smaller.

I’m with @Discomatt on this: it looks very much like the work of the Satan :flames: I’ve never come across a deck where you have to twist the wire at an angle like that, why on earth would you design it that way? I must be missing something :S

It looks more difficult to do than it actually is. I'm not exactly a surgeon, but even I can do it. :D 27GA and 28GA builds at 2.5mm ID go in there just fine. For a DL build with thick wires I can see how that might be really painful, though.

do you have any problems with the screws cutting the wires if you tighten them down too much? I think it was SMM Matt that mentioned it.

Yeah both SMM and the DJ (can never remember that bloody acronym he uses :D) were being a bit snowflaky about it. Haven't cut any wires with the screws yet, but then I never tighten them like they'd have to withstand the impact of a nuclear missile. Maybe they got an early batch or pre-production version. Or I'm just lucky for a change :D
