there cant be many people that can say that they don't charge ANYTHING overnight!! be interesting to find out the details of this story(if they ever surface)

I can, my mods and devices are charged up before I go to bed.

I also go round the flat and making sure all switches are in the off position and the appliances are off and not in standby.

If they won't charge fully in time before I decide to go to bed they get charged the following day.

Likewise, with two young children in the house I am not taking any risks at all. It can wait until the next day if it isn't fully charged when I go to bed.

I always charge my devices overnight. Probably not the best idea. Will be purchasing more batteries so I won't need to. Always hear of things like this happening but I suppose I've had the 'it won't happen to me' attitude

Exactly my position as well. Two small kids and paranoia about leaving stuff on over night. People will say it is safe but nothing is 100% safe. I just don't want to take the unnecessary risk.

Plus I can charge all day at work if need be! Save on the electricity as well.

Lot of common sense in here. I never leave anything on charge overnight (two wee ones in the house) and also unscrew any atomizers before going to bed.

ok maybe theres more people than i thought dont leave things on charge overnight lol, however any electrical device has the potential to cause a fire...do you unplug the fridge freezer at night ? lol..i must admit i wont leave 18650s on charge overnight or if i go out the house , but my phone and istick charge overnight most nights
