Does anyone know what the thread specifications of the BORO connector are? I want to make an aio device myself but this problem has been bothering me. Thank you everyone for answering me

There is no one size - there is genuine Billet Box threading and “others” - ie, some nuts do not fit some threads.
I don’t suppose you are machining your own drip tip connectors so probably as well buy yourself a BB compatible integrated drip tip and work from that.

You should be able to work it out by measuring the outer thread diameter of the male thread and add the number of threads.
A 510 is named that way because it has 10 threads and is 5mm wide.

you need to measure the length, rather than the diameter. pitch = length/number of threads.
