So jealous of you guys and your luxotics. Ive received mine but havent been able to use it. My item was chipped during delivery and im currently liaising with ft to get it replaced so dont want to use it

They offered me a 2 dollar refund. I lol'd really hard. Told them i want to get it replaced but part of me doesnt want to wait the 7 days to return and wait 7 days for the new one to be sent. Thinking if i should just keep it

Where's it chipped mate, can't see it in the pic? If it's the door them tell them to send a new one, and if they agree you can crack on using it.

The chips on the bottom left corner unfortunately. Its the bit thats hining silver in the bottom corner of the abive pic. Its on the mod so cant do nothing about it

My new mod I won from @junglist. It is really good and well built. The squonk bottle is very nice and easy to use and refilling is a dream . t Im loving this ,its like a mech with a squonk but with a little bit of a cushion. Bad thing is the bottom of the mod is not very comfy when your squeezing.
