Thanks I'll give that a blast in the LP. I really like the Tsunami24, I have one on a coppervape, it was my first shot at squonking and is rather decent.
I've got the tsunami 24 on the dripbox 160. It shines at high watts and the only thing up with it so far for me is the Kennedy 24. Makes sense as they are practically the same design. The goon is great but not as flavour full. I've high hopes for the reload and the mad dog. The twisted messes is also breathtakingly good for side airflow.

Out of interest, what build are you using on the kennedy? I find mine is awful!

I do like the kennedy 24 too but unlike most folk I seem to favour the goon:hmm:. Got a mad dog and reload clone en route plus an apocalypse. Plenty to keep me busy for a while. Cheers.:)

I have a Narda from Fasttech, it's a decent enough atty, but I had to pack the pin out with two o rings from my bits box just to get a contact. And it's not the mod, I've tried it on several.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by packing out the pin for this Atty? I have the same problem with dripbox 160 and a pico squeeze. Connects fine on other mods.
Many thanks
Jules

Lord grim will clarify but I assume he popped an o ring or two over the thread of the squonk pin before screwing it in so the pin protrudes more. If nothing else squonking helps with lateral thinking.

Have struggled with side airflow rda' s. They have their own art form of achieving good flavour. I know sir lugg is a genius with them but honestly it takes me ages. I must tap smut up for some coils for my goon. My Kennedy has two 0.4 ohm steel flaptons in coming in at 0.2 and around 80-100w it is like vaping cream. Very good indeed.

I dont know what it is bud, I just like airy dual coil atties with side airflow. Kryton, Druga, Goon, yada yada.......

Love the kryton. Mad dog too. The goon has been a bugger to get good flavour. It's due to my general love of mtl. I've been spoilt. The under coil airflow gives massive flavour with a number of coil options but side airflow is a balance of big coils, coil placement and airflow balance. When you het it right it's spot on. The kryton is very good indeed.

Hi Jules64, I did exactly what @eyeball kid said. I just found an O-Ring in my box of spares that fit the bill and slipped it over the shank of the BF pin before screwing it into the atty, giving me a bit more of a protuberance to make contact with the mod.
It's worth noting two things here:
1} They don't stay in position forever, every now and then you'll need to loosen the pin to readjust the ring....maybe if you can find the right size fibre washer (remember, it must be insulating or you'll short your attty) it'll work a bit better.
2} Not all mods have the same depth of 510 connector as you commented. Since this post, I've found that it works perfectly well on the VT Inbox with no modification at all.

Lord Grim

Thank you very much it makes sense now, just need to find some o-rings to fit.
Best wishes
Jules
