Squonk squeeze speed.

Very High VG juices will be much slower to squonk due to their vicosity, don't forget you're trying to push something the consistency of syrup though a pipe thats only a millimetre or so wide. You'll also find the drone has a very long tube - this requires more time for the juice to work it's way through the tubing. It also makes a difference if your sqounk pin has a very narrow bore. Essentially you'll have to keep taking the top off your atty and practicing to see how much juice arrives with each press and how long it takes to arrive. Another thing is to ensure you leave good long "tails" on your wicks - after all the main way to keep juice in the atty is with the wicks, lots of cotton means more juice in the cotton...

Bottle and 510 are offset but if seal is good and no air inline Drone should squonk fine. Dripboxes have the best flow but all the mods and drippers are different. BF pins have different bores and can be flush inside the well or protrude. You just adapt. 11ml bottle means it starts with a better flow and needs more squeezing as it gets empty. What OP describes is extreme so must be combination of things - viscosity, possible airlock , bf pin, wicking.
Dont forget to clean the mod. I use PG to flush.
