Ss316L vs N80? Flavor, toxic releases etc

I know 10-20 is apparently dry burn range but starting of higher than that is where the bad stuff can be released.

Surely that bad stuff being released depends on temperature rather than power? If you glow them orange at 5 w bad stuff will be released, no?

But is it possible to dry burn it at 10-20w if resistance is about .15 - .20? wouldnt it take forever then? I dry burn my N80 .16 at about 35w up to 50 sometimes, but i will head over as soon as possible to my vapeshop and buy some 316 wire, is twisting 316 coil any good or shall i go for a straight wire coil with 316? 5-6 wraps

And how will i know with the 316 if they glow proper from the middle to outside if they not supposed to be orange? Just in case if i need to adjust them after making the coils

Why not just make spaced coils, if you’re worried about this? Then you’ll not need to dry burn them. They are better as well.

Yeah im gonna do spaced coils, i usually do spaced for more flavor and because i suck to do contact coils without a jig winder :)

Top advice, I try to space most builds and got out of the habit of dry burning.

Some of the fancy pancy ninja bastard complex coils are awful to get the hotspots out when squeezed together.

I've often chopped a length of just so I can space them, especially in my Wasp Nano.

With reference to the "bad stuff", of which I can't find the relevant study / research at the moment. (from those that do proper work, not that junk science s..t spouted by the anties).
But it went along the lines of you would need to vape heavily for 40 - 50 years, to "possibly" see any effect. And the fact that the body does process it back out. Like it does most things given time. IE caffeine nicotine and alcohol to name a couple. Thus any "possible" effect may take even longer.
