St Austell pubs to ban e-cigarettes

So a little bird told me that all St Austell pubs are going to ban e-cigarettes imminently. There was a meeting of all the landlords / managers recently and a vote was held where the final result was that they all voted NOT to ban them. The board however had other ideas and are going to instigate a ban anyway. Unfortunately it seems like another case of sucking up all the rubbish that the media report. Ok so this only mainly affects the South West of the country but they are a big brewery with a ton of pubs.

Well whilst i'm happy to say that St. Austell brewery have nothing to do with my establishment, i do know of many that are run by them. And to be honest, most of them wont take any notice, they're just happy to have customers, especially those that rely on a consistent and regular 'local' clientèle.

In fact, most of those i know will still even allow smoking indoors and 'break out' the ash trays after hours, when it is just those particular customers.
