Could it be? Has he flipped? Or is this more of a ploy to save face as he clearly couldn't continue in the same vein being so anti ecigs and keep credibility when medical science is rapidly showing the opposite effects to his usual view.
Either way, it's a name I didn't expect to see co-authoring a study with even the slightest of positivity toward vaping.
A modeling study by Sara Kalkhoran and Stanton A. Glantz published in the Oct. 1, 2015 edition ofJAMA Internal Medicine can reasonably be interpreted as demonstrating the possibility that promoting e-cigarette sales for smoking cessation in the United States has the potential for substantial public-health benefits
