Starting out

Hello peeps,

Some of you will know me from the main part of the site, I have been vaping for 15 months now and only just venturing into looking at diy mixing

So, some advice please everyone

What do I need to start of with, essentials please guys

Are there good starter kits out there ? If so which is the best quality - not looking at the cheapest - looking for good quality

I only vape 3-4 flavours, looking to replicate these if possible
Accies ambrosia custard
A good strawberry & cream
Chegs vapour fluffy nuts - I think chefs vapour does the concentrate for this
Maybe a nice pear/watermelon flavour with cream

I don't really vape anything other than desserty/ creamy stuff so won't need menthol or that many other concentrates to start with

I ended up getting most things separately. Regarding the flavours, there are recipes for custards out there. Here's a similar thread...

Sweet strawberry is supposed to be a good concentrate, you could try it with a bavarian cream, see how that works. A lot of it is suckit and see like you said.

Pro tip: Go to google, type whatever it is you're looking for and then 'sitelanetofthevapes.co.uk' <stupid emoticons "site: planetofthevapes.co.uk" without the space in there

Ive just seen this thread aswell. Must of got lost somewhere till now. I second the Capella sweet strawberry. I've tried a few and this is the best IMO. I have a few steeping mixed with various creams and milks.

Well, you have some recommendations for starter kit, but I'd skip it and dive in feet first ... I think you'll get well into this.
Here's a shopping list for you:-

250 mls of 72mg nicotine in PG from vapersemporium
1 litre each of VG and PG from Classikool's shops on either eBay or amazon

1ml and 5ml syringes off ebay, packs of 10
Rinse out your old juice bottles or buy a shit ton off FastTech ... 5mls, 10mls and 30/50mls

Capella's Sweet Strawberry
Inawera's Strawberry (blend the two for the most realistic flavour I've found)
TPA Bavarian Cream or Nature's Flavors Organic Bavarian Cream
Inawera's Classic Vanilla, or Flavourart's
Flavourart's Pear, Watermelon
TPA Dulce de leche
Capella Vanilla Custard
TPA Sweetener (sucralose)
Capella Ethyl maltol
Mom and Pops Calipitter Chow (if you haven't tried it yet, you should and thank POTV later)

You can get these from Chef's Vapour, Leisure Liquids or Flavourart ... if you buy 5 x 10ml concentrates at F'art they'll bung you a free bottle of Black Pearl, which is lush.

Get in there, my son!!

Only thing I would add to this equipment wise is some gloves for when you are handling the nic, again eBay is probably best for these.

Given that I don't vape anything creamy I can't help with concentrate suggestions
