@scrumpox as our resident Head Craver would you care to recommend a first build for me for the Plus? Mine arrived a few days ago and I'm clucking to get me some 20ml action (filling my 6ml tank 3 or 4 times a day is really twisting my melon man
)
Edit: I'm still watts not TC
I tried it once in 20ml trim and it gave such a cool vape that I won't try it again. I suppose if you were driving from one end of the country to the other it would be handy. Otherwise I'd recommend you stick to the 10ml set up. It's an easy top fill ... did yours have the revised (deeper) top cap?
The build that works best for me is a pair of Ni80 dual core 26/37 aliens, which were wire shots from
@smut , 4.0mm ID, 5 wraps giving 0.14ohms. I was happily vaping that at 80-90W with airflow half closed - the thinner of the two AFC slots. SFCs were also excellent, again 4.0mm ID.
A simpler build, dual 316L 26g, 4.0mm ID, 12 spaced wraps is good in either power or temp control modes but the atty really shines with higher mass coils IMHO. The chamber is big and the chimney diameter is 10mm, hence I wouldn't be shy about throwing some heavy metal on the deck.
I'm just testing the new 2-post, V-deck for it. It's good too, wicks for days, but I love and prefer the postless. Some vapers prefer the V-deck's ease of building so it's a great option. The airflow with the postless is so damn smooth.
You should also give the Supreme v2 a bash when it's released in a week or two. It's not really a Supreme but a Plus Lite, a 25mm reduction of the 30mm RDTA ... it's a stunner. The decks from the v1 Supreme are fully compatible so again, V-deck or postless as you prefer.
What mod have you got for the Plus? In black or gun metal it looks the business on the SX Mini G Class. I have four Plus tanks now but might sell a gun metal with 5ml and 20ml conversion kits to fund more Supreme v2s.
