I'd be interested in some pure stevia too ... just a 5ml or 10ml juice bottle full, something like that?

There's no contents description on the Tesco Stevia I have in the cupboard next to the coffee - maybe it's pure and I just need to get out the pestle and mortar?

The saccharin sweetener next to it is far from pure ... contains only 7-8% saccharin. This makes me doubt the stevia sweetener tablets a bit.

I wouldn't use the stuff sold as drink sweetener in a vaping liquid - it's mixed down to the point where the effect is roughly comparable with a spoon of sugar. I can't remember the purity of the stuff I looked at in a shop, but it was low, and it was left unclear what the stevia was actually cut with.

What I have is at least 90% pure stevia powder, bought on ebay more than a year ago. This looks like the stuff, though I don't recall the supplier. 50g seems to be the smallest quantity it's possible to buy.

Yea you are right it needs to be stevia R the stuff I got is 98% you can't use the stuff you buy off the shelf @srumpox when I make mine up this weekend I will send you some just PM me

No probs mate you won't be disappointed , it's defo good stuff just remember if he sends you it in powder form just put it in microwave for a couple of seconds at a time. Also don't do what I done and put it in a plastic bottle ( dafty) I thought it would be ok cause it was just 2 secs at a time then took it out and stirred it with a needle . Fooking melted the bottle didn't I so I just put it in a wee shot glass and gave it a good stir. Must have made up about 400 ml of juice this weekend and you know what like it is you can't help yourself so got plume veil out and gave each flavour a wee drip to try . I must say I think Personaly that stevia tops all the sweetners I have tried . If you like it and ever need anymore just give me a shout . All the best Mark

Igot this from @leisureliquids http://www.lesureliquids.com/Mixing-Accessories/sweeteners-enhancers/stevia-pure think i'll try one or 2 drops per 10ml .... think it can have an aftertaste if overused and read someone say it takes a bit of perceverence to change from normal (sucralose) sweetners but worth it,,,, think it may b healthier.... still dunno the strength % just says supersweet i think..... maybe some info from @leisureliquids might help < = is that how u tag them ?

I wouldnt mind a small amount of this if anyone has some going spare. Im mixing 300ml of mothers milk tomorrow and it needs a little sweetner.
Ive never tried stevia, just sucralose.

In regard to the stevia liquid from leisureliquids, we suggest 1 drop per 5ml. Thanks for the prompt, we will put this on site

Thanks to remnant for the powdered Stevia. Mixed a 10ml bottle up today. It doesn't mix well at room temperature but rather than risk a right ol' mess in the microwave, I simply stood the bottle in some near boiling water for a couple of minutes (our kettle has two temp settings, one for flavoured teas/ coffee and one for boiling. I used the lower.) That and a quick shake is all it takes for the Stevia to dissolve fully. Time to test it now against sucralose.

bob salter .... any chance of sharing your mothers milk recipe... dont know if u can just post it here or could u send it in a PM, along with any hints/tips for best results would be very much appreciated. I did try 1 recipe I found somewhere a while back but it was mingin lol
