I've been told Vampire Vape do a good mixing kit for new starters - otherwise I use Chef's FLavours.

The starter kits are alright in their own way, but wit a bit of shopping around you can get a fuck ton more kit for a fuck ton less cash.
Dark Star are very reasonable for VG, PG and Nic and have some really good concentrates. A swatch thro' ebay can get you syringes, pipettes and bottles.
Chefs Flavours or/and Vapable for concentrates.
