Hey all,

I bought some mixing supplies but I neglected to get any sweetener and I was wondering if there are any household sweeteners that are up to the job. Sucralose I think is the norm but is it possible to use something like splenda which is 1% sucralose? I also have some lactulose which is a solution of about 3mg/ml which is used as a gentle constipation remedy.

Do not use splenda the other ingredients are very nasty inhaled.

Depending on the flavour concentrates you have you may not need sweetener. I rarely use it.

I would be suspicious of there being diacetyl in lactulose - diacetyl is fine to ingest and dangerous to inhale - the name lactulose suggests a milk product. The sucralose in PAs sweetener is pure sucralose. Some people use stevia.
