I've been on a bit of a quest to test out a possible sensitivity to PG and have been slowly increasing the VG in my mixes and can report that at 20% PG, most if not all of my symptoms have dissapeared, my problem is, is that the more the VG ratio increases, the sweeter the finished e liquid is, as someone who exclusively mixes La Tabbaceria NET tobacco flavours, this is something I really don't want, sweet tobacco yuuk! I understand that VG is inheritantly sweet anyway, so increasing it's ratio in my mixes is going to make the finished liquid sweeter but is there a solution to this? I have tried two different "bitter" additives but they both just smelled and tasted of mouldy old vinegar, tia

You could try using water to keep the pg ratio down example https://thealchemistscupboard.co.uk/product/100-ml-pure-lab-water/

VG depending on where you get it from will have varying degrees of Sweeteness.
Some might disagree but I just ignore them.
This is the least sweet VG I've found.

Used to be called minerals-water

I get a faint fruit smell from my bottles of vg so I can understand how they might have a slight sweet taste, it's no problem for me as I vape mostly fruit flavours anyway

Thanks Mr Ripple, so you;ve noticed a noticeable reduction in sweetness with this brand against most others?

Oh most definitely Mr Milker, it is definitely sweet, more so the more you use in a mix
