Can't believe I'm saying the following, but there is better out there, on a personal note I would say the dotmod dotpod max pod vape kit is alot better, yes it cost more £29.99 from EC1 but battery is bigger larger juice capacity & the coils last a good time

Only got the puremax as it was cheap and small enough to take on holiday,think if I needed a replacement I'd get another xros pro.

Now that everyone has received their devices, I was wondering if I'm alone in thinking that it's seriously lacking in flavour? I got 0.8 blue pods along with my all time favourite salt, Doozy Vanilla Custard - and I'm huffing and I'm puffing, this thing is giving nothing. Sure, a bit of sweet vapour, but for those unfamiliar, this custard is one of the sweetest, most flavourful custard salts available and, well, there's none of that. I tried different power settings and airflow positions, there's no change at all. Pretty disappointed, this was supposed to be really good for flavour. I think I'll use the leftover pod I have and go back to my Pixo, which even now has a pod full of Bombo Climax Cream in a 1.0 pod that's gone completely brown and it's still amazing.

There's you're problem right there the blue pods they are shite

I find the “Blue” pods do that, and regularly make that known on here, and is why I didn’t buy them out of 0.8’s at £3.50 a pack (I didn’t buy any, they ruin my ADV that is perfect with the other Puremax pods). No issue with any of the other versions.

I made the mistake & ordered the blue ones, put Amalfi lemonade in & could taste fuck all & we all know Amalfi is a banger, blue pods in the bin & lesson learnt

I see, okay, I'll try the pro pods next then. I used a fruit salt with the original black pod the device came with and the inside of the pod was dark brown the same day. Seems like these are a bit of hit and miss, but I'll give the pros a chance before this whole thing gets memoryholed to the shelf. At least they were cheap if nothing else. Gotta say, nothing's dethroned the Pixo for me yet, including LVE. Thanks everyone!

I've still got loads of the dark pods left, my problem with them is they leak over night so I remove them from the pod, your fruit salad is that by shake n bake ?

I'm fussy about my liquids & only use afew brands & they are coil friendly, Legio X vape & Flooid.

No, I just got a bottle of Elux Legends locally to try the vape out. I'm incredibly picky with my pods and salts too, I use mostly desserts so I'm resigned to changing pods often, but that's not a huge issue as I do group ecigone orders for friends almost every week. I prefer pods with a juicier draw which is why Xros never worked for me. These are also on the drier side, but I haven't tried all versions yet so I'll reserve my judgement until I do.
